Alla tre vann lite smått och gott som ficklampor och batterier (lol) samt pepsi. Utöver det fick top2 resa och biljett till DHS om jag har förstått det rätt, samt platser i SM finalen. Sydonia fick även en TE-stick.
Det var kul att träffa alla trevliga fighters och att turneringen sköttes så pass smidigt som den gjorde MINUS att grand final spelades bo1 trots att hela turneringen spelats bo3. Jag kan inte förstå hur ett sådant misstag begås men eftersom spelarna verkar ha varit okej med det så är det egentligen ingen skada gjord. Jag vet att DH fighting crew gör allt för att få till bra events och ett övertramp här och där kan man inte ta för allvarligt!
Special mention går till Haze som även kom 2a i SC2 turneringen.

World Largest Digital Festival DreamHack will host the Swedish qualifier to World Cyber Games featuring Counter-Strike 1.6, Tekken 6 and of course Trackmania Nations Forever where Sweden has the reigning WCG Champion and runner up from WCG 2009 in China.
At DreamHack there will be the swedish qualifications in Counter-Strike 1.6, Tekken 6 and Trackmania Nations Forever. In Counter-strike 1.6 the two best teams will get an spot to ASSEMBLY Summer 2010 festival, where over 5000 spectators will witness the clash of the best Nordic teams competing for a trip to the inofficial ‘Olympics of eSports’. In Tekken 6 and Trackmania Nations Forever the best players will get an direct spot in WCG Grand Finals in Los Angeles 2010.
The Swedish Qualifier invites some of the best teams and players in the world to compete at DreamHack Summer 2010. The no 1 ranked team fnatic and the always super skilled SK joins the WCG Champion in TMNF Karjen and the silver medalist from WCG 2009 Frostbuele to fight for spots in the WCG Grand Finals 2010 in Los Angeles.
Tekken 6 is the newest installation of the hit 3D fighting game series Tekken. Launched through arcade machines throughout the world in 2008, the console version was highly anticipated due to enhanced graphics, features and online match-making capability. 6 new characters have been added to bring the total lineup to 40 characters, providing a wide base of characters for full detail customization. In the Swedish country finals there is room for 128 players and we are really looking forward to welcoming the best players in Sweden to fight for a spot in the world finals in Los Angeles.

ESWC är en ganska så välrenommerad turnering som oftast går av stapeln en gång om året. De svenska SF4 kvalen kommer att spelas 5-6 Juni på GameCity Gaming Center i Jönköping.
Klart vi får se nån från Bitterharmony kvala och spela i finalen! Fighting~

Skatan och GrapplerXcross AKA Pettor gör alltså Yagami sällskap som de som redan kvalat till SM finalen på Dreamhack i Juni. Yagami vann nämligen SF4 kvalet på KTH Future Friday i Kista för ganska så exakt en månad sedan, grattis i efterskott!

Här kommer information om DreamHacks stora turnering i SUper Street Fighter IV på DreamHack Summer 2010
Super Street Fighter IV is the follow-up to the critically acclaimed Street Fighter IV will be available on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 when it hit the stores this spring. At DreamHack Summer 2010 the game will be featured as one of the top games in our esport tournaments with a whooping 50 000 SEK prize purse supported by our sponsors Pepsi and Energizer.
Last year DreamHack hosted several Street Fighter IV tournaments with a really fantastic final at DreamHack Winter 2009 at DreamArena Extreme where fighters from all over the world showed their skills against each others. This summer will surely be great with the new and fresh Super Street Fighter IV featuring lots of new characters like T. Hawk, DeeJay, Guy, Cody, Adon, Juri, Dudley and Hakan.
With support from Energizer and Pepsi the prize purse once again 50 000 SEK where the winner will get 30 000 SEK and the title DreamHack Champion. Before the international competition DreamHack will also host the Swedish Championship, prepare for a festival filled with the best fighting action possible.
Invited champion and final at DreamArena Extreme
The tournament have room for maximum 128 players and will start in a group play where the best fighters will go to a double elimination bracket where the invited DreamHack Winter champions Ryan “Prodigal Son” Hart together with the three best players from The Swedish Championship and players from international qualifiers awaits. The first part is played in a tournament area and the final matches will once again be played at DreamArena Extreme in front of a possible audience of 1100 people. All matches at DreamArena Extreme will also be live-streamed for your viewing pleasure Online.

De spel som det skall tävlas i under årets World Cyber Games har nyligen blivit publicerade på WCG’s hemsida och Tekken 6 är ett utav dem! Mycket bra val får man säga, tyvärr spelas det på Xbox360 men man kan väl inte få allt.
